It was great to stay here. They gave us vouchers for 2 free adult beverages per night. When we arrived to redeem, there were also small appetizers to take as well. The breakfast was above our expectations with the french toast and the "eggs your way" station with a chef. Rooms were spacious and quiet.Totally recommend 10/10.

Everything about our visit was good except on the second day, the housekeeping did not arrive until 4 pm and we had to leave while they cleaned the room. It would have been appreciated if they would have cleaned the room at an earlier time of the day..

Ok stay this time.
I was charged a " incidental fee" just in case I used something or damaged rhe room". I've never been charged this before at this hotel & I've stayed many times. It's not stated in the price with the fees.It should be. The room was fine, I appreciated the extra towels. Not quiet this time as there were softball tournaments & lots of fun happening with parents & kids. Food was okay but they ran out early. Food staff said they didnt know so many people were going to be there. My stay was ok.

Staff are lovely and have been the same staff for a long time. It’s nice to see their smiling faces. Breakfast is awesome! The train goes all the way to Lynnwood now which is just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. There’s seems to be unhoused people and garbage along the route from the hotel to the train station. The elevators seem to be slow and usually broken down which is fine, I always take the stairs anyways but the stairwell does smell very bad and needs a good cleaning. Overall, we loved our stays and we keep coming back! Thank you!

Our stay was nice. The rooms are large with the living room and bedroom separated by a door. The food from the hotel restaurant was very good and the price was about right for the amount you got. They were large portions. The staff was nice and check in/out was quick. The cons was the room's ac wouldn't go above 73 F., elevators were slow and dirty, and the pool and hit tub were very cloudy.

Our stay here was great. The only complaints we have is about the low toilet and the horrible bed. The toilet was extremely low for us tall people and the mattress was old and they tried to fix it with a cover. That cover over the mattress didn’t work. The bed was sinking in and extremely soft; we had to fight to get out of bed, we wound get stuck. Even the pillows were extremely soft. By the time we left both of us had horrible back pain that lasted for days.
