For a pretty much full hotel this weekend, there was only one of three elevators working. This caused for guests to wait for an elevator over 15 to 20 minutes. Kids were coming out of the soaking wet and entering the elevator, which left the floor covered in water. Staff saw the wet floors in the elevator and didn't attempt to clean.

Not the experience I have had before. Hotel was not what it used to be. It was unsafe! Some things that happened in the pool should not be allow, especially when there was lots of kids. Many areas in the hotel were not clean. I was not satisfied at all.

I like the location to the airport & the breakfast buffet. The hotel only had one elevator working the whole time. I had to ask for our room to be cleaned on the first day it took until 5pm for it to be cleaned unacceptable. This property advertised a heated pool however it was too cold to swim in if you have little ones the pool was 3ft. So they cannot swim it was too deep. The hot tub had way to much chlorine bleach in it. The whole pool area made your eyes burn. My husband saw the maintenance person pour a whole bottle of regular bleach into the hot tub. This area was unusable due to this that is a health hazard which causes respiratory issues. The people at the front desk did not seem very concerned when i addressed this with them. The whole trip there were teenagers & younger children running the hallways & there was fighting in the lobby where the police had to be called. This hotel was not worth the price i paid for the room especially when there were so many issues. I expected more from the Hilton brand. Pick another property

Nice hotel but Loud.
Nice hotel. However, it was very loud with kids running around uncontollable and unsupervise. Hotel should have security personnel better monitoring. Went on until late hours of the night.

The seal on our door did not meet yhe floor and there was a loud whine. We had to put a towel on the floor behind it. Also, the AC did not work. The fan worked but even set at 60°, it was stuffy in the room. However, the staff was amazing. There is a coffee shop in the lobby and deliveries can come right to your room door. Would return
