The staff are super helpful the hotels in the convenient location I believe the price is extremely high for the size of the room the size of the beds and the quality of the Interior fits and finishings no bathroom fan and a bathroom door that did not close correctly due to it not being fitted. Overall nice hotel but I believe to be 150 to $200 more expensive than it should have been for what it was

Convenient location, least expensive in the area. But the facilities are very old and can use an update. The door to my room was jammed, tiny bathroom and my bed sheet was pilled and worn out when I climbed in.

My stay was overall ok here. The staff are super friendly and helpful, but the property is quite old and worn out. My room was fairly cramped and small, and there is quite a lot of street noise constantly. Bed was super comfy and the house keeping staff, although they had limited english gave my room a tidy and freshen up each day on request. It was my first time in Seattle, and it seemed that this hotel is a little out of the way. Place could use a refurbishment and the little quirk of needing to PULL the tap handle in the shower very hard toward you to have the water turn on was an "interesting" feature of my room. Overall I did enjoy my stay thought :)

I was looking for the “old Seattle” hotel downtown and I was not disappointed! Staff were friendly and helpful! Walked to a Mariners game, had a late dinner the last night and we walked down. Uber back. Clean, safe & busy! The cafe was excellent for breakfast. Will be back!

It was good walking distance to stuff and game But there wifi sucks had to use my hotspot data to play on iPad and laptop they should think about upgrading

My stay for two nights was good. The staff was so helpful and kind. Although I completed the registration card prior to arriving, I still had to check in person, and the staff made checking in easy. Also, we appreciated the complimentary waters in our room. As some of the other reviews mentioned, the rooms are tiny, and the interior and bathroom need to be renovated. Other than that, the hotel is walkable to Pike Place Market, and many shops and restaurants downtown.
