Cleanliness needs to be improved. Staff reminded us to leave by 11 at 6am. Don't feel very welcome here. Room cards need to be activated every single day. They said that they have breakfast, but don't get your hopes up. We have to leave early in the morning every day to grab breakfast somewhere else. Other than these, other things are okay.

I had a calm and comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly. I stayed in a single queen bed room, which was incredibly spacious and clean. The breakfast was enough. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I wish I could give 0 star for this mean horrible manager and very stinge way run hotel. We arrived in this city early morning, so had to wait until 3pm but my daughter was really sick before figure skate competition, so I asked favor any chance to check in earler. One counter worker said she can let us check-in at 1:30. When we got there other manager (very skinny dark hair very unkind face expression and voice) said NO.
