Hotel is great!! Good location, nice and clean rooms, good amenities, however the valet parking is atrocious. There’s always a line to get into the valet from the street, cars seem parked everywhere and blocking the traffic. When we went to check out we called down for the car and were told 15 mins. We waited the 15 mins, went down checked out and then went to the valet. We still waited another half hour for our car to be brought around. I. Total it probably took over an hour to get the car. We talked to other people that were waiting and they said they had been waiting for an hour and a half. This is an amazing hotel however, this situation makes us think twice about staying here in the future. If you don’t need to valet, this hotel is perfect!
