Great check in and great corner room with balcony. Easy parking. No issues. I like that there was an entrance to the freeway express lane just a block away from the hotel. Made easy access to my business meetings in the city and the express lane reversed direction in the afternoon, so the express lane drop us off right at the hotel. Dining options were 5 to 10 minutes away. Mall next door had limit dining. I've stayed here before, like it, picked it on this trip and will pick the hotel on our next time in town.

We had a short 1 night stay b/c I had a 6 am call for surgery the next morning in Seattle. Unfortunately we left to early to take part in breakfast. However, the room was so quiet, it was amazing! I rarely sleep well in hotels b/c I hear every noise but I slept here! It was also super clean. I am picky.... first thing I do is check sheets and bathroom for hair. Everything was perfect. The gal at the front desk was also lovely and helpful getting our heat adjusted. I do wish they would just incorporate the $20 parking fee into the room price but I appreciated that it was a gated garage which felt safer. I would definitely stay here again!

This location charged $20 per night Plus Several other State, Local, City Taxes for parking! (over $50 plus dollars for 2 nights)! When asked what other parking arrangements were available? They said we could park off site on abandoned commercial property next to them but no security! When I told them that something as simple as providing basic parking for paid guest should be provided, they passed my complaint off by saying they could do nothing and take it up with Expedia!

Room was comfortable. Nice size bathroom. Did not like sliding door to bathroom. Breakfast was very good and room size was very comfortable with plenty of seating. Pool and fitness center were very nice. Staff was very accommodating and personable. Elevator was exceptional.

This hotel is in close proximity to the UW, & the hospital. Room was nicely laid out & comfortable. Unfortunately, it is also right next to the light rail track & freeway.
