Stayed here after a medical procedure. It was the perfect location, about 5 minutes away from many medical facilities. The parking was extremely convenient for my situation, especially with the service elevator, and easy to find. Staff was there pleasant and accommodating. Will stay here again.

We checked into the hotel to get away from widespread power outage. The check in process was long since there were others doing the same. There may have been opportunity to staff up the front desk to expedite checkin. The rooms size and amenities were good. The staff seemed stretched and and stressed, understandable under the circumstances. There were periods of time when the front desk was unattended with a long queue waiting to be heard. Our booking was for 3 nights but we had to cut short after 1 night because of a power outage at the hotel - not related to the weather. They made it as easy possible for us to leave the hotel when power hadn’t returned after 2 hrs. The hotel has potential but we could not full experience it. The biggest opportunity is to staff it with people who are adept at dealing with crisis and high volume situations. The staff should be able to handle peak volume situations.

We booked 1 night because of the power outage in our home. The hotel was crowded, we had to wait to check in and only got our room at 5pm when check in time was supposed to be from 3pm. The parking fee is $40 but there is absolutely no guarantee you will get a spot. It is very small and the parking spaces are narrow. It was really disappointing that Hilton did not make any commercial gesture due to the late check in time

There was a blackout and after a few hours of generator electricity, they ran out and heating hot water all lights were unable for two nights. The property offered no reimbursement or compensation.

My only issue was the dining experience. The bartender Jennifer was amazing but the burger I ordered made me really sick and añd I spent $60 including tip and the Assistant General manager insulted my intelligence with a mere 5000 points to my honors account. Convenient or not, I will not be returning. Bellevue in a whole is overrated.
