Location is great. The room had a fabulous view. After paying $600 for one night, the fact that breakfast was not included, the bottle of water in the room came with an $4 fee, and you had to pay for an in room movie, seemed tacky. I wouldn’t expect to be nickel and dimed.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me - they were so kind and gracious and the hotel itself has such beautiful views of Pike Place Market and of the Pacific. They also have a rooftop terrace open to all guests with an expansive view of the ocean and the market. Highly recommend!

I was met this morning with a front desk receptionist that was unwilling To go the extra effort to make my stay Easy I have been a customer of the inn For over 12 years Today willl. Be my lay stay A team member offered to move me to to another room during the day While I was at meetings My second night seems was booked in another room and they had no availability I I asked them to move me and she looked at me like I had three heads She was rude
