We received an email the day before that the elevator was broken but that staff would be available to help with luggage. We kept our reservation knowing there would be help and assuming we would be on the lowest floor possible. We were on the 6th floor and had no assistance with our luggage which was 150lbs worth of suitcases. Every time we left the building our room cards stopped working and had to be reset. Which is miserable when you’re climbing 6 flights of stairs up and down. On our last night we scheduled a 3:30AM shuttle to the airport. At 3:15 when we made our way to the lobby we were then told that our shuttle was canceled and we could wait until 4 for the next one. Nobody thought to call our room before we came to the lobby to tell us it was canceled. We had to call an Uber and pay for a ride to be on time for our flight even though we were assured the shuttle was 24 hours.

This hotel really needs an update. Elevator stunk. Dried blood stains on my sheets and the water took forever to warm for a shower in the morning

I booked this for my wife, on checkin they told her the elevators don’t work.that she would have to carry her luggage to the 3th floor.she is 72 with bad hips. I would not have booked this hotel if I new it was under renovations with elevators not available.

The property was under renovation which I was not aware of when making the reservation. Thus the elevators were out of service and I had to carry my luggage up to the room. However the staff was most apologetic and offered free water. The room was clean and the location was close to the airport with shuttle service. If the elevators had been working it would have been great.

This property is going through significant renovations. Because of this much of the common areas are quite busy/messy. There are more restaurants than we thought within a 10 minute walk than we initially found on google maps. This area appears to be transitioning. We stayed here one night when arriving in SeaTac before immediately going to Seattle the next day. Room was quiet and clean which met our expectations. Pool was closed.

At the time of our visit in late August 2024, the hotel renovations efforts were on the first floor area. Overall it was a comfortable airport stay. We did not notice any unusual noise in our 3rd floor room. We took convenient and clean public transport from downtown Seattle from the Westlake station via light rail and bus. We had just a 5 minute walk to the hotel.

This was the worse experience in a hotel in my entire life. The elevator did not work the entire time, and I had to go up 5 flights of stairs daily with family and luggage. The coffee machine did not work in the extremely little 'free' breakfast they had to offer. The entire entrance lobby is in shambles and under construction! When I asked for some kind of a discount, refund or anything to compensate for the hell my family endured, they refused to offer anything!! I will never use their hotel again, and will warn anyone and everyone to not trust this ruthless company that placed my family in harms way with the open construction everywhere, and the broken elevator that forced us all to enter scary hallways and staircases alone with no security cameras or anything. HOW CAN ANY COMPANY NOT COMPENSATE THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO SUFFERED BY THEIR GREEDY DEEDS- They should have warned any person booking at this time of construction. What they did to my family and others was despicable, and with no empathy for the customer and consumer. Sad sad week.

Arrived to check in unknowing this location was under renovations. All elevators were out of order. No assistance to help with luggage up several flights of stairs. The noise level was typical renovation noises. The entry was dusty and some renovation debris laying around. We canceled our reservation on the spot.

Pictures influence my decision to book a hotel. No disclaimer at all telling guests that they are in the midst of a renovation. No working elevators, A.C. in the room set to a locked temperature setting, one of the front desk lady seemed overwhelmed by her job. Definitely not a good experience for our family.

You get what you pay for. This is a cheap option if you need a place to stay close to the airport. There’s a Jack in the box and Denny’s steps away from the hotel which was convenient. However, the rooms are very basic. Our bedding had blood stains that had attempted to be washed out. If stuff like that bothers you, do not stay here. The front area was also under construction and one of the elevators was out of service. Ladies at the desk were nice and helpful.

The staff were wonderful!! The hotel is being remodeled and when you walk in it is in construction shape. Nothing is finished or even close to being finished in the lobby area. The rooms were clean and ok, also to be remodeled??? The bathroom was remodeled at some point and was good.
