There was no tissues in room, no coffee maker would be really nice, we asked for a quiet room and were above the laundromat which was noisy till 12 pm, no hair products offered, these things are for improvements

the cops were called when i tried to ask about the Motel6 rewards club and the front desk ran my card that i was not going to use , said i didnt have $$, cancelled my reservation (or so they said they did) then had the cops ban/trespass me for a year! I had just stayed 2 weeks, no problem, prepaid as usual, and no gratitude or respect when i wanted to extend

The room was clean and comfortable it was just what we need it. Cons were the card key never worked, and we got to stay an extra hour since they gave us our room very late. Overall it was a fine experience

One of the cheapest hotel options in the greater Seattle area, very close to a mall, eating and shopping spots in Kirkland. However, the hotel is mostly occupied by locals (I hope you know what this means) and most, if not all, of the rooms are smoking rooms. I changed my room twice before I could find a suitable room. They claim to collect deposits from occupants to clean up rooms but the rooms are in awful conditions because of the smoke residue on the walls.

All of the staff are very friendly. Its an older property but it was renovated in the past couple or so years. Room was clean. The mattress on the smaller bed needs replaced. We had keycard issues which caused us having to go get it fixed (several times in a row). The keys wpuld work for 2 days and rhen stop dor no reason amd it would take 4 trips down to the office to get it fixed. Other than that a good stay.
