Comfy and accessible
We love our room with a spacious bathroom! They accommodated our request for no housekeeping till we checked out. The motel is very accessible to a shopping mall (Westfield Southcenter) and easy checkout process. Got our $50 deposit back with no questions asked. We'll come back and stay here when we visit again.

When getting to the property the front desk lady was trying to argue my service dog was a pet and the try to play as she has had many claim and it be false other than that it has been nice to see it renovated and updated.

So I had a good friend of mine book the room for me for work 2 jobs am a black single father just wanted to rest i get there and the front desk attendant tells me I need proof of the card information for the room or pay a 50 dollar refundable deposit. How can I show proof when my friend booked and all ready paid for the room 2 nights before I didn’t have to do so. Not to mention I get a call late in the night asking to keep the noise down no one but me was in the room. Not pleased at all with second experience there.

Great quiet location. Room was nice and spacious. Everything was up to date. Only problem was maintaince was right at our working early in the morning. Other than that, we loved our stay. There’s a coffee shop right next door
