Have stayed here multiple times and it’s the perfect hub location for all the walkable restaurants, cafes, theaters and more! Rooms are thoughtfully designed and comfy. Highly recommend!

The room’s thermostat didn’t work and the staff’s response was subpar. The water in the shower also momentarily paused throughout use on occasion. Daytime staff was much more responsive and knowledgeable compared to evening staff. Great location and aesthetic. A block from the public market and about a 6 minute walk to the monorail and link stations.

Soundproofing please!
Great location a stones throw from Pike Place Market and the wonderful Seattle waterfront. Very comfortable rooms however don't expect to get much sleep because you hear everything - and I mean EVERYTHING - going on outside, from general traffic to the shouting of the numerous homeless people in the area. That said, they do provide earplugs but I can't really use them. The location, however, cannot be beat. Hotel spotlessly clean and staff nice and friendly too. Would stay again with the knowledge I won't get much rest but, then again, who comes to Seattle to rest!

If you love your Grest Aunt Martha, then you may like the vibes & smell from this hotel. Upon arrival, the young guy at the dront desk asked if we had parking. I told him a homeless man helped me find a spot & then i asked if he knew how i paid. He didnt say the hotel itself could have gotten me a discount at a covered parking garage. Instead i had to wake up at 4am to add more time to my parking so it wouldn't get towed. I ended up paying almost $80 just to have it over night. I was not happy! It all could have been avoided if the guy at checkin had told me about the parking garage. Our room felt gross. I never dared take off my socks. The sheets smelled & there were stains on the wall as well as stuff on the carpet. You could hear the people above you tapping their feet, people screaming in the street, & the sirens! Oh my gosh! SO loud! The wall closest to the bed couldnt hold a simple night light in any of the outlets. We decidded to leave a light on in the bathroom but after an hour it turned off. The cafe did look very cute. It looked like you could have a nice breakfast or late night drink in a french chic boutique atmosphere.

No recycling bins and too noisy
I stayed in Palihotel for a couple nights and overall I thought it was okay. The main problems with the hotel were the noise. The windows are not soundproof, so I could hear all the street noise in my room. On top of that, I woke up several times by the noise made by the room upstairs (someone walking, closing the doors, etc.). And finally, there was no bin for recycling. The maintenance said I should just drop plastic bottles in trash :/
