It was a very terrible experience I stay 3 days my room never was clean during my stay I ask for courtesy water which they don’t provide. As well as I ask if it was possible for them to clean my room and put new towels which they never did and when I went to complain to the front desk a white guy working he stated that they don’t clean the rooms for 3 days stay which is so bad. I been to different location of this hotels in different states and they had always done our room and help with what ever we need but this one is one of the most horrible experience I had!!!

It was a good central location. Walkable to a lot of the sites in 15-20 mins. Breakfast was good too. Had everything you’d want for even the pickiest of eaters. Parking fee is too much. And the taxes charged on each individual day stayed was weird.

I have stayed here multiple times and I love it every time. Sometimes the breakfast is not the best but I love how there is a stove top in the hotel room so I can make my own breakfast. The staff is ALWAYS amazing even when I get off of a plane and go straight there and need a drink. They make sure I am taken care of while I am checking in. This last time I had an early check-in that I did not care about because I wanted to park my car. Being by the Paramount theater is also a positive for staying here.
