What I liked:
Airport shuttle was convenient.
Danx and Andrew were EXTREMELY nice and professional and I would’ve never stayed if they weren’t so amazing and accommodating. I hope they both get raises and Absolutely wonderful people!
Shuttle offers service to food in the area. Pretty easy pick up/ drop off from airport.
What I DID NOT LIKE:
-My door deadbolt would not lock. Upon speaking with the front desk, I was told “oh. They do that sometimes”. My door would not lock. I felt awkward when I had to sleep with a chair blocking the door in case someone accidentally walked in. (This is a safety issue)
- No communication with the teams. I called about 5 days before my trip. I called the hotel to ask about their incidentals fee. I was told it was 150$ and that on Expedia the fee was displayed (when booking it isn’t. I triple checked. It only recently got put up). I spoke with someone who swore their name was “T”. Upon check-in, no one made anyone else aware that I called FOUR TIMES TO CONFIRM that there was an incidentals waiver on my booking notes. There’s no “T” that works there and the person on the phone when I contacted the hotel should be FIRED for being an unprofessional child. Only when I said I would cancel was I offered a 50$ waiver to still pay 100$. Other hotels in the area were 25$ to 75$ for the WHOLE stay!
Not worth it because the staff is HORRIBLE (other than the two lovely people I mentioned prior).
