We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is enough space for a full sized air mattress if you’re traveling with additional people. A complete kitchen with apartment sized appliances, fully equipped with dishes, is also a part of this setup. This was our second time staying at this property in a matter of a week and a half. Other than the fire alarm going off at inopportune times of the early morning hours, we thoroughly enjoyed our stays. The staff is courteous and the place is clean. Although we did not travel with pets, they are pet friendly. The “airport” shuttle does offer rides to restaurants and other area attractions within a specific radius. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks.

Two front desk people acted as though they were put out by asking them questions. I was there to make sure I was able to get good rest each day before traveling into Seattle. Two nights the fire alarm went off. 3rd night at 4:00 AM , 4th night at 1:00 AM. Then elevator not available upon checkout. Lady at check out was helpful and friendly. She was apologetic. Guess my next door neighbor was cooking both times and caused the alarm to go off. And no staff ensured elevator could be accessed.

There are four hotels around this property. I normally stay at a different one but this time Sonesta was cheaper so I tried it. All of the hotels at this location are skipping maintenance to boost profits. Door locks often don't work, carpet is wrinkled, carpet and floor is patched with duct tape. Sonesta is actually a little better maintained than the others. The room fixtures are as little nicer as the galley kitchen was very functional. But I often see people patrolling the parking lots, looking for cars to break into. I see them around all the hotels, not just Sonesta and I've heard people complaining to the desk at other hotels that tools were stolen from their cars. Take everything of value inside with you - every time. I have the impression that some of the hotel "guests" are actually temporary housed homeless people who are living in the hotel - not visiting. Everybody has to be somewhere but you should be aware of what's around you.
