Room was nice and clean. The pool was quite small. Good location if you’re going to an event at Climate Pledge Arena. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient, although when we asked for an extra mug and creamers it never came. Also the menu is small and there’s not a lot of choices compared to other Pineapple Stays I’ve stayed at. The cookies are cute and a fun treat ☺️

We loved wverytbing about our stay. My only complaint was that we were promised a shower/tub combo for our bathroom and there were only showers available. That makes bathing a toddler difficult. The hotel staff tried to make it right, but it was beyond their control as there were no other rooms with a tub available.. other than that, I have no complaints!

Overall, the hotel and staff were great. Beds comfortable and room very clean. Be aware of the infamous Seattle upcharges. $42 a night for parking is crazy high. They tried to also charge me $30 a night for an “amenity fee” which included WiFi, reusable water bottle, and access to a few bikes in the lobby. I pushed back politely that this wasn’t mentioned when I booked and they removed the amenity fee charges but kept the parking fee.

A great contender for best hotel near Seattle Center. Well decorated and comfortable rooms, outstanding staff, and welcoming ambience. That said, there are times when Staypineapple seems to try just a little too hard to be "hip" in decor and eyecatching colors for our taste. This area does have many good restaurants, so outstanding dining is not essential, but we were disappointed with the "breakfast" offerings that were limited to breakfast beverages and pre-packaged snacks and pastries.
