The two gentlemen that work evenings are helpful & very respectful. One of the housekeepers is nice & the maintenance Female is very good when I needed something fixed in the room. I had no complaints during my stay in February.

Check in went fine. The hotel was more run down than what it looks like in photos on sites. The hotel room was a bit tiny but worked. The drapes were broken on one side and we let the desk know. Wasn’t a big deal as long as we didn’t get charged. I would say overall the price is high for the rooms. Could definitely use a major update. The desk staff was very friendly.

Cold showers, peeling wallpaper stapled onto the wall, spots of mold in bathroom, while sitting in hot tub we watched a guest standing in their window watching the pool/spa and fiddling with a gun, thin walls so you can hear every squeak and cough from above and next door, front desk staff asleep at the desk, parking lot covered in trash.

It was nice to be there for new years but the parking fee is ridiculous and they disnt tell us about it. Instead we qere told its included. And the next day after checkout i got that charge on my card

The room was dirty upon arrival with dust on the lights, the lighting made it look worse. The curtain has stains the shower was too small, the smell when I first walked in was unpleasant. If you’re looking for something cheap for a night or two this is a good hotel. If you’re looking for something cozy I’d get something else

a little water pressure would have been nice.

Room was good, microwave,fridge, TV, and coffee maker that takes Kcups great king size bed and pillows very nice and it was a lot of pillows six of them, the turn over service Fantastic and friendly bc Now the bad the shower was shameful 15 min wait to get Luke warm water, and little to no water pressure could wash hair and the size of the shower stall not good for anyone over 5’ 4”
