The room temperature could not be regulated. It was either too hot or too cold. The TV didn't work. Maintenance had to fix it. Even then, you couldn't watch it from bed because of its angle. The refrigerator broke. I lost $7 worth of ice cream because it melted. Maintenance had to replace the refrigerator, but it was the wrong size. The front door could only be opened half way because the refrigerator blocked it. There are no instructions on how to control the ceiling fan. Maintenance had to turn it on for us. I still could not get the ceiling fan to work without the light being on. There was incessant construction noise during the day.

Great place to stay. It is a little timeshare focused (you’re sold pretty hard on experiences with the “concierge”), but once you get through that hurdle, it’s a great place to stay!

Studio was newly upgraded which was nice but overhead fan/light kept coming on through the night and we were located near major construction with lots of noise and construction workers everywhere. Not the nicest stay.

Wonderful retreat in Sedona
Beautiful condo style amenities. Great views. Very walkable to uptown shops and connected Pinon point plaza. Pool and spa have great views of Sedona hills and sunset.

The hotel is going under a complete renovation. Hearing loud noises of trucks and drilling was not the most peaceful labor day I had. The rooms do need a major remodel, ours had a broken window screen left there against a wall. I would also recommend the hotel to add more EV chargers, there are only two for the entire property and there are no sign to limit the 2 parking spaces to electric cars only… I won’t stay here again.

Good location for staying in Sedona. You are close to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and spacious. We had a one bedroom property which was nice to have some more space than a traditional hotel room. The views from the pool are incredible! We did have some noisy neighbors one night who were playing music loudly at 1am. We called the concierge desk a few times, but no answered. Overall, it was a good experience.

We liked that the property was walkable to shopping, dining and sightseeing. The views from the property were lovely. The room was as advertised. We were missing a TV remote but they sent up a new one right away. The pool was very large and well tended. We had an ice bucket in the room but no ice machines on the map or in any obvious locations. Also, they really wanted to sell us a time share, and push you to talk to their "concierge" before leaving with your key. I don't appreciate this when I'm paying for a "hotel" by the night!
