The unit was extra spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The only issue I had with this property is that they take a $200 deposit and it’s not credited back to your account for a couple of days after you check out. Not a fan of this at all.

Very welcoming and professional Front Desk and Concierge team. Any offers to attend a timeshare seminar is only a one-time gentle nudge which is much appreciated. The 1-BR suite is spacious, with a full kitchen equipped with the basics in terms of plates, glasses and silverware (4 each, which is just fine). Dark skies meant beautiful stargazing.

Noisy heat units woke me up when they came on at night. Includes the one in my unit as well as in other units. Over all a nice unit. Counter space in the kitchenette is limited. The person who did the midweek cleaning did a very good job.

I loved how neat and clean the area was. The room was well equipped with everything needed. It felt very homey and we were able to utilize the kitchen to make meals and store the groceries we had bought. Overall it was a great experience especially for the price. 20 minutes from central Sedona. Would highly recommend and will be staying at the property upon the next visit.

Great stay
So excited to have stayed here. Wonderful to have so much space to spread out, the kitchen had what we needed, and the pool and hot tub on property were great. Apparently there’s a place to watch sunset which we didn’t know ahead of time and would’ve been great to try!

Staff was super helpful. The property was at up like an apartment complex which I loved. It even had silverware, glassware, and plateware in the room. A little difficult to navigate at night, but that's the least of my worries. The pools are heated, I may have missed that on the property details. But we visited in December, so I didn't plan for that. It really is a beautiful property at a great price.

SEDONA GRINCH TRIP!
The stay was fine. A few issues were that the tv signal was weak on most channels and that there is no elevator so bringing luggage up to any 2nd level room is a serious chore! But the property was beautiful, well-kept and serene. Goal accomplished!!

It's a nice and convenient property, nestled between several such resort properties. Restaurants are within walking distance and many others within easy driving distance. The property is a bit old, so the furniture is old and other fixtures look old. The bed was the worst - am accustomed to nice beds in other Hilton properties and this one was sagging in the middle. People were nice. Access to rooms is not as easy because you may have to lug your bags up some stairs even for the first floor condos. Very spacious, clean kitchen and bathroom, so well worth the money.
