Sedona Expanse has many fabulous features starting with expansive red rock views. Its location in the Chapel Hill area putts you close to many Sedona attractions and activities, including trailheads, restaurants and shopping.

This home is spacious, offering 2,418 square feet of single level living. It has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a den to easily accommodate seven guests.

As you approach the front door of this home, you'll take a few steps up from the walkway. Once through the front door, you'll be in the lovely entryway leading to the open and airy great room, holding the living room, kitchen and dining areas accentuated with vaulted ceilings.

Living Room: This room features comfortable furnishings, including two recliner chairs, a 65” Smart TV, and a gas fireplace, and numerous windows bringing in the natural light and the surrounding red rock vistas.

Kitchen: The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, offering stainless steel appliances including a gas range with griddle, stone countertops, and a large center island.

Dining area: This area offers a table with seating for seven.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom— King size Sleep Number bed with separate adjustable sides, 55” Smart TV, vaulted ceiling with skylights. The en suite bathroom offers double sinks and a massive custom rock shower.

Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed, 43” Smart TV, and access to a Jack-n-Jill full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Den — Offers twin bed, a full-size sofa sleeper, access to a Jack-n-Jill full bathroom and to the deck.

Outdoor/Patio/Deck Areas:
Enjoy the stunning views from the new, large TREX deck. You'll enjoy the outdoor seating, fire table, BBQ, and outdoor dining set for six. The side patio offers comfortable seating and a new hot tub, all surrounded by professional landscaping.

Wow!

This place was amazing! There are just no other words to describe it. The location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood. Located close to popular hiking trails and a short drive to shopping and restaurants. It rained/snowed on and off and it didn’t matter because the view made up for it and then some. If we come back to Sedona we will definitely look into staying here again.

We loved staying here so much! The property had such amazing views we just wanted to stay there all day. Communication was great and prompt. We loved the fireplace and hot tub. The hot tub took a bit to warm up, but did get very hot. Everything we needed was provided. We would definitly stay here again!

We have been visiting Sedona for years, but always stayed at a hotel. This was our first VRBO experience and we are absolutely going to rent this property again. Outside of the stunning views, a spacious living room with their fireplace, an amazing patio, where our family spent much of our time - it was centrally located and provided easy access to the activities that we wanted to do in Sedona…I would also like to say that the property management team is absolutely amazing. It is customer service at a highest level…. We will be back.!

What a beautiful place and just a stunning view from the Great room and deck. Great location, and a just a large, comfortable house with all the amenities from the outdoor jacuzzi to the rock wall master shower to the convenient laundry room and a deck with an incredible view, gas grill, fire table and plenty of outdoor furniture for gatherings.

Amazing Property!

The house, views, and amenities were all perfect. Beautiful views of Sedona's red rocks along with house where the living room has a lot of glass to showcase the beauty. The deck allows for a great outdoor experience to grill and sit by the fire. I enjoyed an awesome weekend with my wife.

We enjoyed the property but felt for this price point the bed in the 2nd bedroom should have been of higher quality/comfort. A shade cloth or umbrella on the deck would be nice for mornings. Otherwise the house was well equipped.

Everything you could ask for

This house included everything you need including a view we could not get enough of. We even saw a mountain lion pass by our deck one early evening. The location is close enough to downtown but far enough away for peacefulness and a feeling of seclusion. There are also many trails and sights nearby. I strongly recommend to anyone a trip to Sedona and staying at this property when doing so.

Wonderful Sedona experience!

Our first visit to Sedona and it was an amazing trip! This house was in a perfect location, private setting and excellent for our family of four! The deck has the most amazing views that the pictures just barely capture!! Quiet & relaxing we enjoyed spending time at this house when not adventuring in Sedona. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the great room and kitchen have such a nice layout so everyone can be together. Everyone had their own space for the bedrooms which was great for our 2 teens. Just a fantastic spot! We spent a lot of time finding the right VRBO to rent and I’m so glad we chose this home!! Thank you!

Overpriced Rental

We've stayed in a lot of VRBO homes and loved Sedona. But, this property fell short of supplying the amenities given the high rental rate. Very limited selection of bed linens, pillows and blankets. The property management company could not supply a light weight blanket - given the 80 degree temperatures outside. The manager, actually said, turn down the AC and use the one heavy weight winter comforter. Ugh!! The house sleeps 3-4 at most. The pullout couch, if used, would limited access to the bathroom and hot tub. The deck faces route 179 and you can see and hear the highway noise, especially at night when looking at the stars. Sorry to be a curmudgeon but hope its helpful.
