No way to walkup to casino other than road needs stars to casino .we got up there late nothingp open to eat. I forgot to tell desk stopper in tub don't work used cup love jacuzzi tub and heated pool and hot tub balcony let us have place to smoke nice place planning to stay there again it was nice having coffee in hot tub

Everything old No outlets had to put coffee on a chair that was old as my mother we stayed the first night at the Casino did not know they were 2 different properties so from casino to the Lodge was like staying as a leftover Never again! Needs upgrades needs a Desk clerk on property felt very uncomfortable at the Lodge! Needs attention very badly! Will not stay there again! And will not recommend to anyone!

Would stay here, very nice staff and located in the middle of all destinations such as Prescott, Flag, Sedona, Jerome, and many more fun places. Loved that you could get fry bread from across the street!

Average stay but the location is good.
My stay at Cliff Castle Casino was average overall. The location was convenient, and the staff was polite and accommodating. However, there were some areas that could use improvement. The room was clean but lacked certain amenities I expected for the price, such as [mention specifics, e.g., better toiletries or a more comfortable bed]. Additionally, [mention a specific issue, e.g., the air conditioning was noisy, or the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent]. While the breakfast provided was with an additional charge but we have not opted after reviewing the items, those are not really sound! Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, but addressing these small issues could enhance the experience significantly. Thank you for your service.

Both tower and lodge good. One time door lock froze, but maintance responded quickly at lodge. Lodge you have search for outlets for tech & coffee. Use cane and was put on 2nd floor and no elevators, rooms full 1st level. Like climbing a mtn. For me and elderly.

Initial room had bed bugs. We were moved to another room but it was dirty. Looked like the floor hadn’t been cleaned in a while, drains were clogged and giving out a gross odor. Overall it was a bad experience.
