All of the equipment in the gym was broken, it also was only open from 9-5 instead of 24 hours. There was no continental breakfast even though it said so on the website.

The facility is old and rundown. Lamp by bed did not work, one of windows had no crank, toilet seat was not attached, need new modern height toilets, old TV/Draw set needs to go.

Usually great, not so much this time.
I usually love this hotel but I was put in a room with an exterior steel door next to it and could not sleep the first night at all. They did move me the second night but to a room with a heater that would not turn off, it was so hot I again had trouble sleeping. I will admit the beds are very comfortable though.

I went to stay here and when I went to my room the air conditioner would not work. I went back to the front desk and said I need to change rooms because A/C was not working. I was told that the whole system was down. I was upset and said before you charge someone's credit card you need to let guests know. Still have not gotten a refund for the stay I was charged for. He said 3 to 5 business days still have not seen it.

Lack of air conditioning and individual control over temperature meant that the room got extremely hot and stuffy. When I asked at the front desk they said that there was nothing they could do. Men working and talking loudly right outside the window (with a clear view directly into the room) made it difficult to keep the windows open for airflow. The hotel has its quirks that I otherwise could have overlooked, but the temperature situation made it rather uncomfortable. I did not think temporary control was a luxury amenity in 2024, but unless you’re comfortable sleeping in heat you’re better off going somewhere else.

The hotel was not bad and the man at the desk was nice but there was a party going on in one of the ballrooms and even though I was up on the fourth floor I could still hear the music and noise. I finally got to sleep but then at 5:00 a.m. was awoken by a rooster that sounded like it was very close!

This place was more like a short stay hourly than an actual hotel. It had an odor, there were dirt stains on the doors, walls and ceiling. The side door to the hotel didnt lock so it was very unsafe. The room doors need to slam to shut properly. I killed at least 2 roaches. Folks were drinking and playing music in the parking lot right outside my window. The ac didnt push out any air and it was dirty and dusty. The outlet for the tv and fridge sparked when we tried to get the tv on. The only plus was that they had mini Dove products smh.
