Immerse yourself in world-class service and facilities, while enjoying the utmost privacy, security, and tranquility surrounded by 1.5 acres (6,000 square meters) of private olive groves and orchards.

This spacious villa offers guests a comfortable and luxurious stay across two levels. The ground floor features a large living room with a dining and kitchen area that leads to a 90 square meter wooden deck. Relax in front of the large flat screen TV during your leisure time. The master bedroom with an en suite bathroom is also located on the ground floor, while a beautiful travertine staircase leads to the first floor with four additional bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and sea views.

Designed with the needs of guests from all over the world in mind, the villa is packed with amenities and conveniences for families and groups. The 4 bedrooms and living room is equipped with its own air conditioning unit and remote control, providing comfortable living spaces for all.

Located just 1.5 km from the nearest village, marina, and beach area, the villa is surrounded by olive and citrus trees, offering a peaceful and tranquil setting. It is privately gated and not part of a compound with other villas, ensuring maximum privacy. With no immediate neighbors, guests can enjoy a disturbance-free stay in nature.

The 5000 square meter garden is fenced and gated for the private use of the guests. The guests have access to the whole private house with 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms.

There is a separate, second house next to the swimming pool which sometimes the owners use. When the owners staying in the second house, the guest share the garden and the swimming pool with the owners. A caretaker/gardener attends the garden and the swimming pool 5 days a week.
