The hotel is nice but should put more lighting in the suite corridor especially in front of the lift. Its very dark there. They should spray more air fresheners inside the room and hallways as it doesn't smell that good. The rooms floors are not shiny. The steps outside the hotel should be marked as it is not safe for guests. I lost my step twice because the color is the same i didn't notice it's a step down.

Hotel massage was not very clean, towels were smelly and unclean, oil used was too much and inconvenient, causing discomfort. Masseuses had no strength at all even when asked to apply more pressure. One of the most expensive massage we had was at your hotel and it was not even good. The therapists we got on call ourselves were way better than your hotel service massage.

Stunning! The rooms are beautiful, very large, and very well air conditioned. The free minibar each day is a great touch. All staff were very friendly and happy to help. The pool area is gorgeous, and the activities put on by the hotel are varied. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Seminyak!

It was my partners 29th Birthday and the hotel set up our room with a birthday message with rose petals complimentary so was super happy with that. Staff were friendly and super helpful. The only thing I would fault is cocktails on the roof top bar at happy hour buy one get one free you had to order two of the same cocktails, might get more business if you could order two different cocktails at once. Thanks for an amazing stay and see you again soon.
