I loved this hotel. It is close to a bus station and the area is safe and nice to walk. There is a taxi stand around the corner. The famous market of Jeju is very, very close (3-min walk) so there is always an option for eating. There are a lot of shopping stores around so that’s really convenient. The staff was really nice and they speak good English (not all of them, but enough to understand the basic) The building is very nice and it looks new. The room is spacious with very comfortable beds. An amazing experience. Would come back here.

Easy to check in and out. They have a lot of guests staying here so service was pretty impersonal. But expected. Driving was a bit hectic as they use automated parking system, so we have to remove everything from car before putting into the system. Otherwise everything was a breeze

I would highly reconsider staying here unless this is your last option. Full transparency, I am a foreigner and I stay at least Seoul standard hotels, and i think in the area I stayed this maybe the best you will get. We Royal suite thinking that the living area would be a good place for the kids to relax or for me to do work and it will get us the best options. Room was dirty, there was brown liquid on the sink counter when we walked along with dirty carpet stains and burn marks? The room smelled of pesticide or the stale smoke smell, they both linger there Bathroom had mildew, mold, water stains on the shower, along with a sizable clump of hair by the drain. Suggestion to management. 1.Please go buy some mold, mildew and water stain remover 2. Try supplying guests with some 500 won disposable slippers Im sure people would rather pay that then using a can of anti fungal spray...as I now have what Im sure is aesthetes foot due to the slippers. 3. Invest in taking all of 10-15 mins more to clean the place properly. 4. Shampoo the carpet at least 1 time a month and maybe people wouldn't need the slippers? This is not an ideal hotel and the photos definitely make it seem like its a higher end place. Only real reason we stayed here was because it was close to parents, but the kids ended up not staying there cause they said it was dirty.

Very affordable price which comes with free parking. It was winter season so we have to open window. Unfortunately the insect net for the window is broken and my friend got bitten by mosquitos. I remembered there was no bath mat too in the bathroom. Other than these all good.

It was alright overall. The staffs are very nice and professional. Fast service made the stay easy. The hotel is quite close to famous tourists spot but the neighborhood doesn’t have much to offer…. In the hotel, the sound proof is almost non-existent as I was able to hear next door’s guests’ talking voices, walking, noise from going in/out. The desk, chair, other interior furniture is worn out (saw huge chips everywhere). Morning buffet was ok : one thing is that I had to return the dishes to an area where everyone had to dispose food trash and put the empty dishes on a rack… It was definitely not the best experience at a hotel restaurant unfortunately. Considering this is a not a luxury hotel, it is good enough for people who would not care about the facility and its upkeep status. If you look for something high end experience, I would not put this hotel on the list.

주차빼곤 좋다
주차가 너무어렵네요. 기계식 주차라 넣고빼는데 10분씩걸리구, 밤늦게 오먼 꽉차서 길가에 불법으로 대놓고자고 아침에 딱지떼기전에 일어나서 빼야했어요. 그외에는 위치가 너무맘에들었네요. 주변에 먹거리나 이동하기는 최고입니다. 낡긴했지만 깨끗했어요. 참 침구류 좋았어요

First the Person who is working for the Garage was unfriendly and not helpful. Secondly, when we entered our room, there was a muddy and bad smell. Further the bathroom was very dirty and there was even still hair from the previous hotel guest in the shower. So we decided to ask for a room change. We got a new room but the same issue with the bad smell and the dirty bathroom. Since it was already late 11 pm we decided to sleep one night and we checked out already in the morning and looked for a better hotel. All in all the hotel was very old, a lot of renovation needed and especially the smell and bathroom needs to be cleaned.
