The staff and service were great and there was easy on-site parking. It was easy to walk to the subway, and there were convenient stores and cafes nearby. The hotel room itself looked old and dirty. There were stains on the walls, coffee table, and bath tub. The leather on the couches was peeling. Probably won’t stay here again.

Staff was really helpful, room was clean, could use a little paint job but I thought the room was really good and cozy! They even kept our luggage while we hang out during the day!

It was unique in that it wasn't the most easiest to find, but this was more than made up by the fact that it was a very good hotel. It was in the heart of Gangnam, so within reach of many places for tourists. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities in my room, and the staff were helpful. The only pieces of feedback I'd say is to provide some kind of hand sanitiser as this was missing, and maybe either non-slippers or a carpeted floor as I almost slipped a few times after a shower. Other than that, highly recommend!

Great location. Outstanding staff making all effort although they do not speak much English. Hotel would be great if only they had hooks for towels, places to put away cloth and left more than one bath towel although we got an extra one everyday. Would go back!

I booked a double room for 9 days and don’t understand why they only gave me one bath towel, we have to call everyday for an extra one, it was a bit inconvenient. Also, we need to remind them to clean our room or else it would be left unclean. Other than that, everything was great. Bed was comfortable, things were clean. Staffs were helpful. Location is near gangnam, and its easy to take taxi to everywhere. Transportation were great. Love it in general!

Love hotel serving crab sticks for breakfast
No breakfast on Mondays, and breakfast is just quite awful - crab sticks / toast / sliced oranges / mini processed sausages..... it’s a love hotel for Korean couples that’s trying to adapt to international clients, it’s a long way off and makes no allowances for this - if it wants to be treated like a hotel then you need to change the business model. My room had a 2m x 2m bath next to the bed, everything was tiled, no info in the room, had to play with the tv / safe / Air con / lights / phone to figure out how on earth you use them.

Convenient and Clean Hotel
The facility appears brand new and the rooms are well built as well as clean. Located in a convenient place and the staff was friendly enough. Perfect place for couples or solo adventurers to relax at a decent price.

room does not match what the pictures portray. my room had a building 8 ft. away for a view. no breakfast , only thing free was the bottle water. there was a house of working girls next store ,so not a big fan of this place
