Comfortable stay in Myeongdong area
Enjoyed our stay here for four nights. Great location a block from the Hoehyeon station and walking distance from myeongdong market and shopping area. The room is a bit small for two adults, but we didn’t have a lot of luggage (rolling bag and backpack per person) so it was fine. The bed mattress was firm and supportive, and shower water pressure was perfect. Aircon worked well also. Reception was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

Great location 15 mintes walk fro Seoul station, 5 minutes walk to Hoehyon underground station and Naemdemung market.15minutes walk to Myeondong Market.20mins walk to the cable car to seoul tower. Nicely decorated rooms with efficient aircon.. The roomsare not so large so if you had a several largecases might not be the best option, although the hotel may have larger roooms and facilities to store items ... we didnt ned this so didn't ask. Loads of dining options nearby both Korean anda Burger King 150 metres away. We,really enjoyed ourweek long stay.

When we booked with the Daeyoung they provided simple easy instructions on how to get to their hotel. The place it self was hidden gem, lovely, clean, everything we needed. The location was in walking distance to lots of attractions. I would recommend staying here.

Amazing Place. The Hotel is small but still the service is excellent. The rooms are cozy but they have all the features and amenities. The staff are very polite and friendly. Thumps up. Highly Recommended.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and close to a lot of transportation options, great shopping and restaurants, and tourist attractions, such as Namsan and the N. Seoul Tower, as well as Myeongdong Street. The palaces and Ikseondong are all within a manageable and relatively nice walk. For the price, especially, fantastic value. Would stay again on another visit!

I like the location, the room is lind of small but very clean, close to the Seoul station, foods are everywhere, I would definitely book this hotel again if I ever visit Seoul again, our room got cleaned every day.The staff was very nice and friendly even she helped carry my 50 lbs luggage to the front doorstep, thanks for that

This was easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! I travelled alone and at first it's a little hard to find the hotel since it's tucked away in a side street. The entire staff was lovely and so helpful! There were umbrellas available for use in the lobby and there was a nice area to eat (though I didn't use it) The room was cleaned every day and I was pleasantly surprised at how well they cleaned it! New towels were put out for me every day and the bed was made nicely. Very quiet, safe area. As a female solo traveller, I felt very comfortable walking alone at night in this area. There was a very good 24-hour restaurant nearby and multiple convenience stores nearby. Transit was less than a 5-minute walk away and it's about a 10-15 minute walk to Myeongdong. The hotel was lovely overall and impeccably clean! The aircon was easy to work and the receptionist was kind enough to explain how the remote worked when I checked in. They even provide 2 bottles of water in the fridge every day! I cannot express how lovely my time was at the Daeyoung Hotel Seoul and I will absolutely be returning when I visit Seoul again.
