As others have said this hotel is difficult to find if arriving into Seoul Station, it's hard to find exit 12 and it's a long walk with cases from the Arex platform. Our bathroom was in need of cleaning and an update - the shower seal was mouldy, water leaked into the bathroom, and the shower head was stained. The towels were also frayed, thin and in need of replacement. On the last morning before checking out we also had a leak into the bathroom over the toilet so were unable to use it and had to travel to use the toilets in reception several floors below. We did not receive much of an apology when we reported this to reception once staff knew we were checking out! In the bedroom, there was a hole in the bedsheet. The dark wood colour of the bedroom was also quite old fashioned / oppressive. Service in the restaurant in the afternoon /evening was slow and poor, we wanted to order more drinks and food but were given a receipt to sign and the menus were taken away from us after our first order so we did n't bother and ate elsewhere having requested to see the menus and order more. We were given two bottles of water in the room each night of our stay and the fridge where you could help yourself from Reception was a great idea! Overall a disappointing stay.

Centrally located near Seoul Central Station. Easy walk to cafes and eatery. 10 minutes by taxi to downtown. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The property location is great as it’s located connected to the metro system. However, for the price the upkeep isn’t that great for example the shower pipe was fixed in a botched method and water leaks out. It isn’t a deal breaker but for the name and price it isn’t well done for the upkeep but location and staff are great!

very convenient location as you can walk from Seoul Station, where airport rail is located. some noise from the train tracks, but decent sound proofing. relatively new facilities and clean. will use again in my next visit.

Had a great stay. Friendly staffs and convenient location. Breakfast buffet was not that superb, thought it’s a little pricey. Wished I hadn’t purchased it because there are many places nearby to grab breakfast. My daughter was not happy that she had to eat at the hotel.
