This is the first Moxy that I have stayed in and I will definitely stay here again and try their other properties. The hotel was connected with The Meridien and the door that we entered the hotel by way of the street made check-in slightly confusing but once we were told where to go we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and they do speak English as well. We received a token for our complimentary “welcome drink” and proceeded to our rooms. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and modern with good amenities. There is a wonderful and cozy bar that is very welcoming and a nice place to unwind. The hotel is located just minutes from the subway and the busy nightlife of Meyong-dong and its street food stands and shops. There are several local dining options and convenience stores such as 7 eleven and it is family friendly. I highly recommend and the rate was reasonable.

Room is small, clean, great location. It will be great to have2 standard pillows rather than a huge brown leathery pillow that takes so much space on the bed that cant even be used.

Very good location. Stayed in a family room with 2 queen size bed- very spacious. Like the multi hooks on the wall concept which comes handy to hang our clothes etc. Having a laundry room is definitely a plus point for travellers who stay for a longer period.

Me and my family had a very good stay at Moxy for a week. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. The loftroom was a perfect size for three people(2 adults and 1 teenager). Breakfast was good and all in all a very good stay.

Great location and staff is all very helpful and speaks great english! Love all the foldable chairs and hooks in the room. Wish the room design could be better though because opening a big suitcase would have left no space to walk, which was a hassle to always having to open and close the suitcase everytime taking something.

The rooms are quite small but the space is very efficiently laid out to make for a comfortable stay. I usually have problems with overly large hotel pillows but slept very well on their medium-cushioned pillows. Beds are comfortable too, not too soft or squishy, but not rock hard. Everything is super clean, temp control is responsive. True highlight was the water filter!! The “cooler fridge” doesn’t fit much, fyi. Only complaint is the TV, with remote that sticks, and casting feature is glitchy.
