There were a few hiccups but the staff was accommodating. First room smelled like cigarettes. The second room had a lot of mold in the shower but I stayed a few days. The third room which I stayed in last year, was good but everytime the AC kicked on it would be soooo cold but when it was off it was hot. I think the vents needed to be aimed upward. And the shower would run hot and cold.
I liked that the beds are so comfy. And it was quiet. You wouldn’t hear your neighbor upstairs running around in the am. Their food service was fast and of high quality food, though expensive as to be expected. The housekeeping service if you needed something was fast. The showers had a good flow. The toilets are the kind with warm seats and cleaning features.
It’s near the subway but since I don’t understand their subway that was not beneficial to me. It is up a big hill so hopefully walking isn’t an issue for you.
For some reason the entrance is hard for the taxis to find so make sure you insist they bring you to the front door and not just drop you off in the street.
