Staff seemed pleasant. Check in was easy, check out took a little longer as I had to wait for someone to show up to the front desk and there was no means for calling them once at the front desk. Property was very secure. The room we stayed in was very small, and the bathroom/shower area was minuscule, but was well kept. The towel provided was more like a flannel, but it lasted for our 5 day stay. The first morning I showed up to breakfast I arrived at the start and nothing was prepared yet, and had to serve myself whilst everything was put out. Selection was always the same every day. Bread, that can be toasted. Cheese slices, jam, butter. Two types of cereal. Milk. Water dispenser. Coffee machine. Orange Juice. Also there was a basket of eggs, and 2 utensils for making scrambled eggs.
Me and my girlfriend wanted to try on the traditional clothing that is available in this dining area also. Unfortunately though there was only female clothing available. It was fun, and was a nice extra experience to the hostel.
Overall it was a pleasant stay. We spent most our time in Korea away from the hostel, so it sufficed as somewhere just to come home too and sleep.
The main plus of this hostel is its location. It is very easy to get too from the nearby subway station. Takes just 5-10mins to walk there, and has many places on the road to eat, and get supplies. It is ideal for walking to the nearby markets, and to Seoul Tower. The subway nearby can easily take you anywhere you like.
