Staff was extremely helpful. Room was comfortable. The windows are not sound proof, so bring earplugs. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the area.

Stayed for 6 days in a 2 bedroom. There was a live music bar that blasted music until 4am every night. Lots of noise complaints by other guests at the hotel as it was LOUD. The hotel itself was ok. Staff was very apologetic and moved us after the first night. They spoke english and tried to accomodate our needs. Facilities were a bit worn, given the price, but it was reasonably clean otherwise.

There is a KTV right next to the hotel that plays loudly until 3am and this hotel building has very poor noise isolation so you will hear people even talking on the street. It is something this hotel should make aware of before people book it.

Good location but too noisy as bars in the area are playing music well after 2 am. The couch was broken and air conditioner leaked condensation. The shower drain doesn’t drain water properly so the water stays on the bathroom floor for long after the shower. The suite is over-priced for what you get.

I like the location. Really close to all kinds of restaurant and even has a Starbucks in the same building. The hotel attendant was very helpful with all our concerns. Definitely recommend staying here.

Beautifully decorated, clean, excellent central location. What I assume to be a traditional Korean-style living room is elegant, and the lit candle and quiet jazz music playing on the tv upon arrival were nice touches. Helpful, friendly staff. The only cons would be a musty smell in the new-looking washer, narrow space between the kitchen counter and dining table, and the noticeable music from neighbouring pubs at night (which didn't really bother us, personally).

Customer service was great. But downsides are hotel is located near bars that open till 5am so is very noisy. Good for people who likes to party but not for family. The bed is not too comfortable as it seems old. I thought there was an earthquake several time when my kid woke up in the middle of night due to mattress. Sofa is old, felt like cardboard, and stains The AC leaks out water too.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. They provided water bottles and new slippers every day. Deep cleaning was every 4th day and they communicated to us prior to cleaning. The furniture could use some updating but other than that our stay was good.

2 bedroom apartment with a nice living room facing the 24/7 live Avenue of Youth. Many restaurants and bars around the property. A couple blocks from the river walk and a short distance to the 3 main Seoul palaces Reception staff is amicable and helpful !

If you’re prioritizing location and ease after partying, this could be a good choice. We were looking for a clean and comfortable spot to unwind in after adventuring all day. We learned the hard way that this property’s pictures do got well represent their property. It is more like a hostel than a hotel. Upon arriving we found that we were assigned to the room only a few feet from the front desk and upon entering our room, we were unimpressed with the unpleasant smell, dirty walls and carpet and furniture. We reached out to Expedia to ask if we could possibly cancel our six nights at this facility; Expedia suggested we speak with the front desk workers. We were denied the option of a refund and no one checked in with us about our concerns. We chose to leave early due to the fact that the property was not what we were expecting for our family vacation. Our friends stayed at a hotel nearby with a great lobby, welcoming and accommodating staff and clean and comfortable room for a similar price; we would recommend looking around the area for better options.

It is in the middle of all the bars and restaurants but for that reason, it will be loud until well past midnight even during the weekday. Convenient location as it is near subway and walkable to Myeongdong and other touristy attractions. Washer in the suite was very useful.

Great location and Service
The suite without view can get a bit claustrophobic. The whole unit only has 2 small escape windows, one in main bedroom and one in the bathroom. Good thing is you don't get the noise from the clubs around. The shower stall is incapable of keeping water from flowing out, hence the basin area is forever wet. Staff were nice and very responsive. Location is great with a nice bustling nightlife. Starbucks on 2nd floor made morning coffee a breeze but they only open 10am on saturdays. Can't remember about sunday. Overall great experience

The room we stayed in was very nice. We would get new towels and water bottles every day. The room would be clean thoroughly very 4 days (with the guest's permission). The staff were very communicative and friendly. The area around was also quite nice. It's walking distance for Myeongdong, but far less busy so the area isn't packed with tourists. It's also close to the Line 2 subway and the bus stop. There is a bar across the street. So if you are in the bedroom closest to the street, be prepared to hear lots of kpop late into the night.
