This large villa typical of the region, is built in granite and has an area of 140 m² on 2 levels.
On the ground floor, it includes an open kitchen and living room with bay window and sea views. The bay window gives an exceptional view of the Gulf of Valinco and the Bay of Cupabia.
The accommodation is equipped with WIFI.
On the floor are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with WC. The garden is fully fenced and has an area of 1500 m².
It is a very quiet, rural area, close to beaches (5 km) with many water activities.
The house is very sunny and very pleasant, especially for a family.
The situation of this house allows you to find freshness in the late afternoon after a day spent at the beach.
The house is located in the middle of southern Corsica, which allows during the day to visit the extreme south, as the east coast or the region near Ajaccio.
A deposit of € 800 will be required upon entry into the premises after inventory.
Bed linen provided on request.
High chair available, as well as cot for baby.
An above ground pool is being installed. It will be usable in May 2019.

séjour en Corse du Sud
La prise de notre location était prévue le dimanche à partir de16 h et nous avons pu nous y installer dés notre arrivée à 9h30.
Merci les filles pour votre super travail pour avoir remis la maison en état. (Kiki et sa sœur des personnes que dire d'autre que : des amours)
En ce qui concerne la maison : elle est perchée face à la mer un pur bonheur visuel et vu sa situation un petit vent très agréable lorsque comme nous les températures ont varié entre 32 et 35 °.
J'en arrive aux points négatifs : vu les chaleurs les pièces (chambres) à l'étage deviennent rapidement des fournaises, même en fermant les volets et les fenêtres la journée et toutes les ouvrir la nuit tombée, ce n'est pas les ventilateurs hélas qui peuvent rafraichir.
Nous avons également rencontré quelques problèmes avec la piscine, fuites.
J'ai dû prendre contact, (après que l'on m'ait transmis le numéro) avec le réparateur, alors que la logique aurait été que le gestionnaire s'occupe de cela.
Il en est de même pour nos petits locataires à 4 pattes (ok nous sommes en pleine campagne), on nous à fourni les granules et débrouillez-vous.
Si vous aimez manger à l'extérieur ou prendre un verre le soir, il n'y à pas le choix c'est minimum 15 minutes de voiture et la plage c'est 9 minutes (nous étions informé de cela).
Je conseillerai cette magnifique maison pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge et si je peux me permettre je conseillerai à la propriétaire d'investir dans un système de climatisation

À éviter en été
Cette maison typique Corse aux murs en pierres, bénéficie d'une vue magnifique et de pièces spacieuse, cependant je ne la recommande vraiment pas pour des vacances d'été.
La maison n'est pas climatisé, et les chambres sont sous toit à l'étage. Nous avons séjourné avec des températures de 32 degrés les nuits, malgrés de petits ventilateurs inadaptés.
Et il faut savoir que la maison est très isolé du village mais situé dans une epingle d'une route très passante. Les voitures klaxonnes et accélère dans ces virages...

Très belle vue et proche de la mer mais...
Les 2 gros points forts de la maison sont la proximité de la belle plage de Cupabia ( 10 minutes en voiture) et la très belle vue sur la campagne et la mer depuis la terrasse, très agréable. Et attention l'annonce dit que l'environnement est "calme". Cependant, les routes corses étant tortueuses, la maison est située dans une épingle à cheveux (donc route en montée sur 3 côtés) sur la route Ajaccio/Porto Pollo... ce qui fait qu'on entend beaucoup les voitures circuler. Donc on ne peut pas vraiment dire que ce soit "calme".
Par ailleurs certains points sont à revoir dans la maison : si le prix du linge de lit nous a bien été annoncé à l'avance, nous avons dû payer également en plus pour le linge de toilette. La baie vitrée du salon ne ferme plus. Une souris est venue grignoter nos provisions dans la nuit, il a donc fallu tout mettre dans les placards. Il n'y a pas de parasol pour la terrasse; certains ustensiles de cuisine avaient été mal lavés par les précédents locataires, etc...
Bref, une belle maison mais l'entretien est un peu délaissé.

Magnifique séjour.
Superbe maison familiale avec une vue sur la Méditerranée à couper le souffle.
Une piscine très agréable avec toujours cette vue époustouflante !
Les soirées sont délicieuses avec une légère fraîcheur bien appréciable.
Milles mercis à la propriétaire pour son accueil particulièrement chaleureux et amicale.
A recommander sans modération.

Tolles Haus mit tollem Blick
Wir (Familie, 4 Personen) haben eine tolle Woche in diesem Ferienhaus ab Ende August verbracht. Die Lage und das Haus sind toll. Der Strand (in 7-8 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar) war traumhaft. Die Einrichtung des Hauses könnte noch etwas liebevoller/gepflegter sein. Aber die Terrassen rund um das Haus machen dieses Manko wett...

Helles Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Aussicht
Das modern eingerichtete, auf einem Hügel gelegene Haus bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Von der großzügigen Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick über die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Küche und Bad waren gut ausgestattet, allerdings war der Backofen kaputt und es fehlten einige Glühbirnen. Aus Sicherheitsgründen (Waldbrandgefahr) kann draußen nicht gegrillt werden. Insgesamt war das aus Altbau und neuem Anbau bestehende Haus etwas hellhörig, außerdem liegt es direkt in einer Kurve an einer tagsüber regelmäßig befahrenen Straße. Im Sommer kann es in den Schlafräumen sehr heiß werden. In 10-20 Autominuten Entfernung liegen sehr schöne und auch im Sommer nicht überlaufene Sandstrände, in den Orten am Meer gibt es auch Supermärkte. Wir hatten in der Küche Besuch von einer kleinen Maus.
