in a *** semi-pedestrian residence with magnificent sea views, Mediterranean park, heated pool from April to October with children's play area, mini golf, playground, basketball court and pétanque.

The villa comprises an entrance hall with a cupboard, a hallway leading to:
=> a kitchen with a window, fitted and equipped (hob, fridge, microwave, electric hob, hood, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker...)
=> a spacious bedroom with French window, double bed 140*190 and closet (possibility of adding a crib).
=> a living room with several views over the terrace and gardens, featuring a new 2-person sofa bed, a single extra bed, flat-screen TV, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs.
=> a bathroom with bathtub, towel dryer and sink unit
=> a separate toilet
=> a terrace shaded by a pergola, where you can relax in the garden furniture and enjoy your meal at the table and 4 chairs.
Entrance is via a key box system, and our concierge service will be on hand to help you during your stay.
A booklet will be laid out in the living room to help you discover outings, activities, practical information and unmissable addresses.
Extra cleaning required to ensure your accommodation is always clean and tidy on arrival.

Logement propre à la description sur l annonce.La propriétaire est disponible et accueillante. Mini villa fonctionnelle, l essentiel aux vacances est à disposition. Résidence calme et bien située. Certes un peu isolée … mais les commerces de proximité ne sont qu à quelques kilomètres.je recommande ++
