Paradise on the Lake

The home is located on the top of a hill looking over Douglas Lake. The view is spectacular. The home is also adorable. It was very clean and all needs were met we needed. The hot tub was nestled in a bottom porch which gave a very private experience while looking out over the lake. We will be back.

Amazing views

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breathtaking views were a highlight, and we especially enjoyed grilling and relaxing on the deck. The home itself was cozy and perfect for our needs. Our host was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond, and offered helpful recommendations. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!The only comment I would add is that the property is on a hill and has decks. I would not recommend it to families with infants or young toddlers.

Quiet Neighborhood & Comfortable Stay

My kids and I (2 teens) stayed here during spring break and the check in was easy and we had plenty of room. Gorgeous views, the lake was a little filled in already (it’s March). We arrived at sunset which was gorgeous! It’s about 30 min to Dollywood and it’s nice to be away from the busy parts of town. Quiet street, felt safe. Not too far a drive to Gatlinburg either. We had a rest day at the cabin and it was fun to lounge around and play bumper pool. Easy parking for one car, some roads have a couple hidden hills but it’s to be expected. Just drive the speed limit or go slower if needed, the roads weren’t busy. The host checks in just the right amount and is prompt with the check in info. Great overall, thank you!

Perfect for our needs

We came down for a work project staying 3 weeks in this location. It was close to our work, the house was clean with a ton of amenities. We unfortunately did not use most of them as we were working most of the time but having a beautiful home to come back to instead of a hotel room was really nice. Brian was great to work with as a host and was great at communicating with us. 10/10 recommended

Beautiful view close to EVERYTHING

I can not say enough about the experience we had while staying here. It was absolutely incredible, beautiful, perfect, peaceful, safe, and so cozy. I will definitely be booking here and the other homes Brian offers. He was accommodating polite and the best host I have ever had. I was apprehensive as I have booked with vrbo before and not had a good experience but this experience has changed my mind. The house was immaculate and beautiful. Everything we hoped it would be

Every year my wife and her 2 other sisters and the husbands meet for some time together. After seeing the ad, we decided to visit Brian's property. It was everything we expected and more. The home was very clean and had all the items you expected and needed. The view of the lake, mountains and trees was remarkable. This is THE place to stay!

I was impressed with this property from the moment I booked! The owner is fantastic and so easy to communicate with. The house is absolutely gorgeous and in the most beautiful, private location. The views from the living room are completely breathtaking. The beds were all super comfortable as was the furniture. The kitchen is well appointed and we had everything we needed. The house was spectacularly clean. It was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. I cannot say enough good things about this house. This is the only place we will be staying whenever we come to pigeon Forge.

Oasis in the Mountains!!!

The property has breath taking views of a lake and the mountains. It was very affordable and offers plenty of room for family. It was clean, comfortable, and just as described. All of the amenities of home were there and it was near possibly any restaurant, shopping, and event center you could think of. Brian, the owner was absolutely awesome and help accommodate us checking in a little earlier (last minute at that). Please don't have any hesitate to book; I know this in my permsnent vacation spot for whenever we return! Thank you again for such great home and your hospitality!

This President's Day Weekend R/R

We had a great road trip to Brian's home and our communication was great from week prior to our post checkout. The house is exactly very cozy to us better than listed. The views overlooking the lake were amazing and relaxing both night/day. Weather was cold at night but everything worked great. Only thing is the drive to the house was a very winding road so take your time before reaching the gated community where the property is. Felt safe and comfortable. Bedrooms, bathrooms were a nice size, living room and kitchen decor was modern. No log cabin feel with alot of wood.. Smile Thank you Brian!! V/r
