Excellent, well equipped and clean apartment for a short stay. It was exactly as shown on the pictures. Parking in a large public garage is closeby (4 min walk) and on top of it you'll find a good grocery store. Short walk to a.o. fine arts museum and El Corte Ingles.

Broken shower-receptiinist knew it was broken!.Apartment had been painted in the morning ,windows allclosed-smell gave us all a headache.Receptionist rude and dismissive..Power kept goingout- all lights would go off! Dryer didn’t work. Clothes horse broken.Charge 50Euros if you don’t dry all the dishes- but no towel provided.This place needs maintenance!!! Would you paint your own bedroom, shut it up, then sleep there that night???

Er was heel wat lawaai in het appartement ik de straat en in het hotel zelf (oa door het poetspersoneel). Het afvoerputje stonk ook verschrikkelijk. De kamer was ook niet proper bij aankomst. Het appartement zelf is erg ruim en ideaal gesitueerd om Sevilla te bezoeken.

Fine, not great
Location is good, and them having parking (limited, must be booked) is very practical. It’s nice to have pool access, especially for the warmest days. The downsides to our stay: - the room was a bit dusty - room was set up for two, not the three we had booked - receptionist snapped at me several times when checking in, telling me they had sent all info on WhatsApp. She calmed down a bit when she (finally) understood I wanted to _check in_, not park a car, but highly unnecessary to be so rude.
