Luxury in the town centre
Spent a few days escaping the chill of uk at this wonderful hotel The decor is astonishing and room was comfy with the largest bed I have ever been in! Breakfast buffet extensive and restaurant menu excellent but best bits the American bar the tapas and the gin menu - over 100 to chose from

Superbe hôtel avec personnel à la réception et au restaurant très pro
Dommage que le service en chambres ne soit pas aussi régulier 1 et jour top et les jours suivants
Inexistants ou venaient trop tôt
Piscine agréable avec des transats pas très confortables

Hôtel de charme
Le charme de cet hôtel est dans sa bâtisse
On ne peut lui enlever que c’est un très joli hôtel, un patio magnifique, une situation en plein cœur de la ville idéale , un personnel’agreable Mais sans plus , en revanche le service n’est pas du tout à la hauteur du 5 étoiles qu il représente ...
Chambre très sombre pour notre part ( suite 110 )
Il a fallut réclamer tous les jours ( séjour de trois nuits ) pour avoir le réapprovisionnement du café et des tasses dans la chambre ... Les produits de toilettes ne sont pas remis, et les serviettes une sur deux...
La tête de lit en cuir griffés de
Partout avec même des prénoms inscrits à l’ongle dessus,
pour un 5 étoiles ce n’est pas normal.
Le 1 Janvier pas de concierge et à la réception impossible de vous renseigner sur les restaurants ouverts...
