The hotel has a development going up behind it which may be an extension to the hotel and looks like it’s got 6-12 months to go. It is appalling that the hotel continues to sell bedrooms that back on to this horrendous noise as ours did. An absolute con.

Great location for everything

Very friendly and efficient check-in. Staff spoke excellent English and explained where the main attractions were. Room was clean, no view and could get warm. Comfy bed. Great location to easily walk to most attractions and lots of bars and restaurants. Loved the roof terrace, great to get a drink and enjoy the sun.

Great location and lovely hotel for a city break. There was no air con in the rooms and although it was only February, the room could get quite stuffy. Not sure if they turn this on later in the year - would of thought so? Had to open windows instead but there was a strange boiler thing outside our window which was loud in the day but luckily off at night. There wasn't a view from the room and if you left the curtains open you can see in to others rooms. Overall this was manageable as we weren't in the room loads. The terrace was lovely even in the February sun and this was quite busy in the evenings with guests having drinks etc.

Beautiful hotel in a very good location. Our only criticism is that it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep as the room was too hot and you could hear lots of noise from other parts of the hotel.

The hotel Fernando lll was outstanding in every way. All of The staff were friendly and helpful. On check in we were hoping for a bit bigger of a room and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We really appreciated the room they were able to change us to, as it was convenient for our full week stay. The rooms were clean and the complementary coffee and water were much appreciated. We also want to give special recognition to Roscio (sp) at the front desk. She always went over and above helping us with our requests for information on what to see and directions to places like the train station when we wanted to go to Cordoba. She was always smiling and provided the best suggestions and directions. The room service was excellent and the food and wine choices were varied and delicious, satisfying a night in. We would happily stay again at their hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

Best hotel in seville I'm sure (although to be fair we've only stayed in this hotel, twice! But we could find no faults)Perfect location, lovely comfortable rooms and spotlessly clean The staff are amazing - friendly, efficient and so helpful. They really made our stay. The rooftop pool and terrace are just fantastic - when we stayed in summer it was perfect. It was too cold to use the pool in January but sitting in the afternooon sun on the lovely terrrace made it feel like summer. If we go back to seville again, which im sure we will - i wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Fernando III. It’s in a fantastic location , right in the heart of Seville old town with lots of tapas bars , restaurants and sights right on the doorstep or just a short walk away Room was very clean and modern . Unfortunately was a bit too chilly to use the rooftop pool this time but I can imagine it’s a great spot on a hot day . Staff were so helpful , especially the lady on reception who kindly booked Real Alcazar tickets online for us (sorry didn’t get her name) Nice lounge area , great for a nightcap . Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel in a great area in the beautiful city of Seville
