The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance from all the sightseeing areas. Lots of great restaurants and tapas bars in the immediate vicinity. The hotel staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and our room was very comfortable although if we come back we would upgrade our room. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar - very relaxing after a day out.

Really lovely hotel, big rooms, comfortable beds and really clean. Fabulous location, close to cathedral and palace. Breakfast was delicious too. Staff were very friendly. Lovely Rooftop area and we did use the pool. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Hotel, great location.

Slightly tricky location to navigate with the car but compensated by the location, right in the heart of the old city, 5 mins to the Cathedral. The valet parking on arrival and check-out was a nice touch. All the staff were super nice, friendly and helpful, without exception. Lovely room with a super king bed, spacious. modern and comfortable. Great shower, nice toiletries, big fluffy towels! Breakfast offering is EXCELLENT, everything you can think of and great quality. Would return in a heart beat.

Room facing the plaza in front of the hotel means being woken up at 2 am by the cleaning crews who empty the MASSIVE 12 public trash bins. So NO fun. Sound proofing needed of the doors plus carpeting of the hallways bc of lots of traffic of people walking by.
