bue nos dias, en primer lugar, la factura debe solicitarlo al realizar el checkin a quien quiere que se le facture a usted o a su empresa, y facilitar todos los datos de facturacion, lo ha realizado??? aun puede hacerlo solicitelo , no hay.con respecto al olor, no le entendemos neustras habitaciones se limpian correctamente al slair de cada cleinte, y ademas diarimente realizamos un repaso de la habitacion.y del ruido, no le entendemos porque es una zona peatonal, el ruido solo puede ser exterior, normamente no sueloe haber problemas de ruido, pero igual a usted le ha molestado algo, sentimos mucho los inconvenientes. y si quiere su factura correcta pidela, y se la enviamos por correo.saludos
