Wonderful hotel with great location and beautiful rooms with Spanish tiles and sustainable toiletries. The breakfast spread was impressive and delicious. The shower ran out of shampoo and that was the only feedback I could give.

Location is great… 20 second walk to a church across the street (if you want to attend mass), 5 minute walk to the Cathedral and great dining options. Convenient access to a small “supermarket” for water and snacks, and very close to a laundromat (if you’re traveling for weeks like us and need to clean your our clothes). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and gave us a lot of recommendations where to eat and visit. Hotel was clean, but the open-air area could have used a broom and mop (though not knocking a star off since it’s exposed to the elements). Overall a very nice hotel, with no complaints.

Great hotel in the historic centre & a good location to view the city. The staff were all lovely and the room perfect for our needs, particularly as we had a balcony. Lots of tapas restaurants within a very short distance which were all good.

We ask for a queen side bed instead we got a 2 single bed one was taller than the other one so we kept falling through the middle at night also the mattress was a bit smelly like humidity everything else was good i ask if there was any chance to change room but there was not flexibility to do so.

Good location for the northern part of Seville. Hotel is about a 25 minute walk from Santa Justa station. Area is very pleasant and vibrant but not as noisy as southern Seville

Nice location, short walking distance to the cathedral and the Alcazar. The staff was supper helpful. The room was fine. Perhaps a little pricey but we visited during the Seville fair.

Due to Easter, it was full of people in the streets and could not get to Hotel for 2 hours. They told us a place to park but roads were blocked so could not be there This should all have been explained to us before we arrived

Helpful staff, great food/local, painful sleep.
The staff here was exceptional bar none! I’ve been all over Europe and this team has them all beat! The breakfast was good and the service great there as well. We were upgraded to a very large room and loved that but the beds there were extremely uncomfortable where you could hear the springs with every move. I had no hot water the last night of my stay but even with these challenges I’d definitely stay here again. Good location walkable to pretty much everywhere with 5 star service.
