Dirty dishes , floors , poor cleaning , no parking nearby available. Just terrible , nice pictures to be rented . Super dissatisfied and disappointed! Won’t come back or recommend to anyone!

Nice apartment in the heart of Sevilha. 5starts for the fast communication even after really late check in hours. Great if you are driving through Sevilha or apartment equipped for a longer stay with kitchenette.

Clean, beautiful, well equipped, spacious property. Great area close to many places of interest. Great guest service; there was a lady at the front desk that was very helpful and kind. I will recommend this place to all my friends. If I ever visit Sevilla again, I will definitely come back!

Great downtown affordable hotel!
We stayed in a two bedroom, accessible suite. Check-in went well with the links to open the doors that were sent in advance. And there was a virtual assistant to help us figure out things, which I never had before with a hotel and that was very helpful. The floor didn't seem that clean to me, but everything else was. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped. We had two bedrooms and two full bathrooms which was great for our family of 4. The air conditionning worked very well. The area around the hotel is a bit noisy, but the air conditionning covered most of the noise. There are a lot of restaurants and businesses around the hotel. We loved the burger place accross the street. The hotel is walking distance to many sights (cathedral, alcazar, etc.). The parking lot is 2 minutes away but not cheap (I guess due to central location). It was good that we had a GPS because it was not easy to reach the hotel, we had to drive through narrow streets, but I guess it's part of the experience of staying downtown. Overall, we had an excellent stay!

Great if you want a place to stay in the heart of Seville and very handy if you want to wash clothes or cook. Would say it was a bit dusty and some areas could do with a wipe down, as well as poor ventilation in the lobby and air conditioning in the rooms.

El hotel básicamente es self service. Un poco complicado el check in el cual tienes que hacerlo con tiempo para que te validen entrada y códigos si no vas a pasar un mal rato. La comunicación vía WhatsApp al principio es un poco complicada pero una vez puedes establecerla es súper fácil y el staff es bastante amable y dispuestos a ayudar . Las habitaciones son muy amplias. La ubicación es muy buena está cerca de sitios turísticos y transporte.

We stayed at a 2 bedroom for one night. Staff is amazing super helpful. Apt was super clean and safe. Washing and dryer super helpful. We will definitely recommend this to anybody who wants to be close to las Setas.

I loved that it was centrally located by the Setas. It was wonderful and quiet. It has air conditioning and it was very clean. I would love to stay there again if I went back to Sevilla.

Thank god the concierge was still on duty when we arrived. I had no wi-fi on my phone so was unable to register. She was kind enough to help me get us all in quickly. Great place near to shopping and restaurants.

Hello, I was a guest in this hotel. My experience was so bad. First there are no reception wnd we didn't see any human to talk to or ask. Second the room was dirty. The blankets was durty with lots of spots on them and there are insicts inside them. We tried to call them to change the blankets but nobody answered. We tried to send whatsapp messages but they responded after a while. The response was bad and we were told "to turn off the AC and to sleep without the blankets". That was not acceptable. We had one of the worst night sleeping. Finally the bathroom sink was clogged. I do not recommend this suite for anyone.
