Local vendors are quite ignorant towards the western visitors. Even when I use a translator they’re still not very helpful. I’ll just limit my spending next week when I’m back there.

The staff were amazing and helpful, the cleaners did a wonderful job. We thoroughly enjoyed the Buffet breakfast and the free shuttle to the airport everyday of our stay to catch the train into Shanghai City was a bonus. So many restaurants to choose from in walking distance. Great stay overall. Thank you especially to Shelly.
