Stunning sunset views over Shawano Lake! Relax with the whole family in our spacious, pet-friendly home that sleeps 13! Featuring a private dock, shallow entry for kids, kayaks, paddleboards and a lilly pad! Relax around the firepit, grill up a meal, or unwind on the outdoor lounge furniture. Inside, find a fully stocked kitchen, cozy indoor fireplace, and a coffee bar ready to start your day. Perfect for family fun, relaxation, and making lasting memories!

Bedroom 1: Main level. King bed with new memory foam mattress. Closet for storage. Pack n' play available for use during stay. Attached full master bathroom with large stand-up shower. Stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A starter supply of toilet paper is provided.

Bedroom 2: Main level. Twin bunk bed with new memory foam mattresses. Luggage rack provided for clothing storage.

Bedroom 3: Second level. Queen bed with new memory foam mattress. Closet for storage.

Bedroom 4: Second level. Twin bunk bed (sleeps 2) and twin over full bunk bed (sleeps 3). Closet for storage.

Bedroom 5: Second level. Queen bed with new memory foam mattress. Closet for storage.

White noise machines, night lights, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom.

Beach towels provided during stay.

Electric fireplace in living room. Smart TV is set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with all the essentials for home cooked meals including pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutting boards, baking trays, baking dishes. A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods and dish soap are stocked.

The coffee & tea bar includes a 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig. We provide a starter set of ground coffee, filters, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia.

Half bathroom on the main level. Second full bathroom is on second level with dual sinks, and a shower with full bathtub. Stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A starter supply of toilet paper is provided.

In unit laundry (washer/dryer) is available on the main level. For your convenience, laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are provided.

Garage: Kayaks, paddleboards, and Lily pad swimming mat for guest use along with several adult and child life vests.

Neighborhood: The lake house is located on a quiet street with very little traffic, other than that of residents on the road. Please be respectful during your stay, as many of the neighbors live year-round, and have lived on this road for decades.

$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.

Guests have access to the entire home (other than owners locked closets), garage and outdoor spaces.

We are available if guests need us, otherwise we respect guests' space to enjoy the Lake House with their family and friends! We are available via Airbnb messaging. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

The lake house is located on a quiet street with very little traffic, other than that of residents on the road. Please be respectful during your stay, as many of the neighbors live year-round, and have lived on this road for decades.

The driveway can accommodate up to 8 standard vehicles. No garage parking is available. No street parking is available on the road.

The grill is located next to the front deck, and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
- Rental Agreement must be signed to receive check-in instructions, including code for entry.
- No additional guests other than those indicated in the booking allowed, maximum of 13 guests allowed in the home.
- No parties or events allowed in the home. A $1500 fee will be applied to any bookings that host a party or event, and booking may be terminated immediately without refund.
- Up to 2 dogs allowed per booking with a $250 pet fee, no other pets allowed unless otherwise approved. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
- Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home. A $500 fee will apply for anyone found to have smoked inside the property.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using exterior spaces. Music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door, front deck facing the lake, front yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Check-out is at 11am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 11am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances. Please see the Strict Cancellation Policy for further details.
