The staff was very friendly. The hotel lobby and hallways were kept clean. We rented our room for a week and the staff made sure we were comfortable in our home away from home

Bedding was stained. Towels were stained and rough. Hall had a faint smell of sewer. No where to hang clothes and no seats other than bed to sit on.

Can't beat the price for a place to sleep. We paid $64 for a one night stay so I can't complain. If I had paid more, I would have been disappointed. No lids for coffee cups and wouldn't trust any of the food not prepackaged. Saw their prep area and it left a lot to be desired.

the place is a little beat up, for instance, the door to the bathroom did not close. Was hanging off the hinges...and the cleaning products they use have VERY strong odors, making hard to be in the room until the smell diminishes. Also we could not use cleaning services because we could not bear the smell.

We had a handicap room. The shower is very unsafe. I almost slipped on the floor of the shower because it was very slippery so I put a towel down on the floor. While I was trying to shower the entire bathroom floor was saturated with water which made getting out of the bathroom very unstable.. I have 6 replacements in my body so if I had fallen and broke something. That would have been on you so I hope you think about redoing the shower. 3 out of 5 nights someone had to come work on the TV. I finally asked to have our room restocked and the trash taken out. Nowhere to hang clothes, blow dryer didn't work and then the morning we were leaving there's a cockroach in the draw next to my clothes that I couldn't hang up. Nowhere to sit except for the bed.

You can tell it’s been painted you can tell it’s been updated. The roaches are horrible climbing all over the walls in the bathroom all over in the sink. It’s just disgusting when you walk down the hallway they were crawling all around the doors.

Our room was dirty and smelled like mildew, there were dead bugs on the floor and mold in the ac unit and the bathroom flooded when we showered. Upon bring it up to the manager he told us that that was our fault for booking a handicap room. We then said it stinks and it’s dirty…and he said that’s because it’s a handicap room. He said he couldn’t refund but could show us another room and took us to a room and the comforter was dirty. He then said he would refund us for the nights we didn’t use and let us check out. All and all not impressed. Glad we were refunded but to hold a handicap room to a lower standard is just not right.
