The secret scam
Charges triple for second night. Beware of booking foolery . Said they would give free breakfast for mix up and charged us for that. Gave us wrong rooms and it was a hassle to correct this . Sorry but I’ll never book here again.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, so friendly, helpful and supportive. It was my first time stayinf at this hotel and everything was explained thoroughly. The environment was clean and the room was of an excellent standard. Overall, i would defintely recommend this hotel to a friend, and will definitely be staying here again.

A lot of high hopes based on the feedback from Colleague. But very disappointed with the ability to maintain room temperature very cold at night at 10 o’clock when the setting was put on auto.

Very comfortable bed and nice enough room. My issue was really with a few of the staff. I think I was unlucky though. There was a drunk guy that the receptionist had to deal with which can’t be easy but he paid little attention to me. In the morning I went for an early run came back at 6am when the door was supposed to be open and it was locked, I saw the night guy just disappearing before I could get his attention. I waited 10 minutes tried the bell a few times and then rang reception on my mobile but still had to bang in the door to get let in. Like I say, just unlucky I think.
