It is conveniently located opposite to k k mall and near the luxury stores. The room and its view is fabulous. The breakfast at 95/f is very good too. Will definitely go again

Couple getaway to Shenzhen
Super friendly and helpful staff. Room is very clean and neat, very good breakfast, amazing views from the top floors of one of Shenzhen’s highest building. We enjoy our stay and are looking forward to coming back soon again.

Absolutely the finest 5-Star hotel in Shenzhen! Outstanding staff, with an impeccable butler service. Don't miss the scrumptious morning, and evening buffet. So many international dishes, which are prepared with the highest of standards! Access to the metro is a snap, and it is beneath the King Key building. One never has to go outside to ride the system. This is my only choice of properties when my travels bring me to Shenzhen!

Simply the finest hotel in Shenzhen City! First class service in all departments! Tina Zhang butler services, outstanding! Unfortunately I lost the card of the wonderful young lady from the Ukraine who helped me get checked into my room, outstanding customer service! a moderate good hotel.
Pros and cons: Pros: In general , most of the staff are friendly, especially Concierge staff are very friendly, provide a lot of local information. Room is reasonable big, and a big shopping mall is connected to the hotel. Cons: When I and my wife went to the bar at 100th floor around 8:30pm on 21/Sep/2019, we requested to see the environment of the bar before we decide whether it suitable to us. The waitress told us a quick looking is not allowed as we might cause inconvenience to other guests. What is the hell? we were not asking to view any private dinning room, we just need to stand at the bar entrance so we will have an idea the environment of the bar, but our request was just declined by the waitress. This is the first time that I was treated like that in a luxury hotel; The decoration of the hotel room is a little old, but not very prominent.

Great room, great view, close to subway
Very nice and comfortable room, fantastic view of the city. In order to get to your room you must take an elevator to the lobby, then another elevator to your room, can take a while to get in or out. Right next to the subway, very nice for getting around the city.
