The hotel flooring and corridors were in a very poor condition with the carpets badly stained, the seats for breakfast were dirty with stains and food marks making you feel that the rest of the eating area wasn't clean. The lift floor and area by the bottom of the lift doors have not seen a mop for quite a while , this is a hotel used by trades people,so the hotel should upgrade their cleaning regime. so sad as the hotel is in such a nice position.

Nice location on canal bank. Dealt with our room request very helpfully, and it made a big difference to our stay. 5* for that.

nice Hotel close to Saltaire where my cousins are
Pros:I found that the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and have told this to many of my friends.
Cons:I did not see anything that needed improving, maybe a pool.
Location:The location is excellent, close to the railway station and a short walk to the beautiful village of Saltaire, also 14 pounds gets you to the airport
I called the night before and asked for an early check in as I arrived at Leeds Bradford airport at 9.30am, I told them that this had also happened on my last visit to the Hotel, they said a room would be ready and it was.

Reasonably priced hotel in quiet location
Pros:Pleasant and helpful staff, clean, breakfast OK, reasonable prices.
Cons:Notices could be posted on entrance into bedrooms area and at regular intervals thereafter telling people this is a quiet area (as at Premier Inn).
Location:Good restaurants nearby--Yo Yo's is an excellent place for oriental food.
This is a reasonably priced hotel in a pleasantly quiet location (we had rooms overlooking the canal). The one problem was the other guests. They banged doors, talked, shouted and laughed seemingly for a long time in the corridors at night, waking us up repeatedly. The second night, some woman got locked out of her room by her man and spent 10 minutes knocking and yelling at him to let her in. I felt like getting up and telling her to go down to reception and have the receptionist call his room, like any civilised person would, but didn't.
