Lovely stay at Holiday Inn , Shrewsbury
Comfy room, they had made sure we were on the ground floor as we had requested. We had an Accessible room, with massive bed and good bathroom facilities. Staff were helpful and breakfast was great quality.

Arrived and was given a room which had not been serviced or cleaned. The staff at reception very quickly found us an alternative room. Dinner meals were overcooked with a burger that could not even be cut through and very hard chips. Breakfast was good.

My first stay at The Holiday Inn Express, Shrewsbu
It was absolutely fantastic! My room and entire hotel was spotless. A really comfy bed, stunning breakfast and what I loved the most and I'll never forget; was just how amazzZzing the staff were. I honestly cannot thank each and every single one of them enough, so much so that I was sad to leave, because they touched me with how incredibly brilliant they were! Off the scale brilliance that touched my heart and left the best lasting impression! I miss them all already! Nina is lovely and so are her team, so much so that I honestly can't wait now; to stay there again.Ha they can't get rid of me ;)! I feel so truly blessed and lucky to have met them all and I think they are the best. So if anybody is wanting to visit our beautiful market TheTown Of Flowers as Shrewsbury is classed as and want somewhere to stay, be it a night or two or a week or whatever; I honestly hand on my heart highly recommend The Holiday Inn Express, in Shrewsbury. Be rest assured that lovely Nina and her team will look after you and that if you need them for anything, they're more than happy to help:)

Stayed here many times Easy to find easy access more than adequate parking Breakfast has improved greatly since we were here last time Room sizes are generous We had a double room with a huge comfy bed Only downside was we now need to have an accessible room as we couldn’t use the shower as the step up to it was too high for my husband However I am assured that no problem although I’m not sure how many of those rooms they have The staff well turned out pleasant and very helpful
