We had to wait several minutes for someone to check us in. No one in sight. A bell or some way to summon desk clerk would be helpful. While some areas of the suites look updated, our bathroom needed updating At my last stay, the bathroom was much larger and cleaner/newer although the bathroom fan was very noisy. Maybe there are still rooms that will be updated?

We had to take ice cold showers and the lady at the desk said turn faucet the opposite way, it was installed backwards. That didnt help, the water never warmed up. The smell of weed in the hallway was so strong it made my husband sneeze for over an hour after walking down the hallway.

WHAT A FIND!! Super friendly staff! Our family was passing through to our destination. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite. The suite had 3 huge rooms and two baths. King bed and bath on one side and 2 double beds and bath on the other. Huge closets. Microwave and fridge. Awesome couch with a chaise lounge for relaxing. Perfect for our family staying here. Check them out if you’re in Sikeston, Missouri!! Thank you.

There was mold on the bench in the room. The beds had stains, crumbs, and hair on them. We went and bought new blankets to lay on and cover up with and pillows to use. There was hair all in the bathroom floor. We wore shoes to shower. We saw a huge spider on nightstand. We wouldn’t have stayed after seeing the condition of the room but we had already paid and we figured there were no more available rooms in town due to event.

This hotel has seen better days. The rooms near reception are spacious but outdated, with old furnishings and evidence of doors being built over. The air conditioning in my room had a noticeable odor, which detracted from an otherwise clean space. While the hotel has potential, it desperately needs investment to improve both the exterior and interior to meet a decent standard. If you're seeking comfort and modern amenities, this might not be the best choice until renovations are made.

The outter property needs mowing maintenance,we could hear the people in the room beside ours talking,seemed like the ceiling was going to fall from upstairs room people walking around,not peaceful,and bed linen didn't smell clean.
